This dataset contains numerical research data obtained during project entiteled Research on the development of a novel concept for the covalent attachment of NAD+ molecules to the catalytic material of an enzymatic glucose biosensor. The dataset includes electrochemical data related to electrode modification, formation of the 3-APBA/NAD⁺ surface system, glucose sensing, chronoamperometric calibration, selectivity studies, and optimization of NDGA loading. The data were exported from OriginLab as tab-delimited ASCII files to facilitate access and reuse without proprietary software. A README file is included with a description of the individual data files and their relation to the corresponding figures. The research was supported by the National Science Centre, Poland, under the MINIATURA 9 programme, grant no. 2025/09/X/ST4/00613.
