This project characterizes the influence of effector-triggered immunity (ETI) and damage-triggered immunity (DTI) on the Arabidopsis thaliana root microbiome. ETI was activated using an inducible expression system, while DTI was triggered by the peptide Pep1. Root-associated bacterial communities were profiled via 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. This dataset provides raw data to compare how these distinct immune pathways reshape the structure and composition of the root microbial community.
