资源简介:
Colloidal systems are extensively explored in nanomedicine due to their broad applications in drug delivery, imaging, and therapeutic treatments. Their structural attributes, including particle size, surface charge, and chemical composition, significantly impact their stability, biocompatibility, and interactions with biological environments. The ability to modify these properties through tailored synthesis and functionalization techniques enables precise control over colloidal behavior in physiological settings. Progress in materials science and nanotechnology has facilitated the creation of highly specialized colloidal carriers that enhance drug solubility, extend circulation time, and allow for targeted therapeutic delivery. Furthermore, self-assembly and controlled aggregation mechanisms contribute to their versatility in biomedical applications. This work examines the structural properties of colloidal systems and their role in nanomedicine, underscoring the necessity of understanding these features for the advancement of next-generation therapeutic and diagnostic solutions.
