SGUFT G-closure V17 (OPK1): Adjudicable Projection-Kernel Audit — Mercer Compatibility and Truncation Tail Bounds (RUN_G_OPKDEMO_0001_OPK1)

This record archives SGUFT G-closure layer V17 (OPK1), an adjudicable (PASS/FAIL) audit package that advances the kernel object K from a numerical proxy toward an explicitly checkable operator-level surrogate.Inputs are provenance-locked snapshots from V2/KIP1 (five cases) that provide 32×32 kernel matrices (g_kernel.npy) together with upstream audit/manifest. OPK1 defines derivative-free diagnostics: (i) a Mercer-compatibility check via symmetry residual and PSD-violation residual (computed on the symmetrized kernel), and (ii) truncation-control proxies via singular-value tail ratios (Hilbert–Schmidt tail and nuclear tail) at frozen cutoffs. Verdicts depend only on OPK1 outputs plus audit/manifest under frozen thresholds; external physical interpretation is excluded from adjudication.Files included: (1) an “only pack” containing OPK1 layer assets (snapshots, scripts, outputs, audit/manifest), (2) an “evidence pack” containing the full run directory, and (3) a summary pack containing CSV/JSON summaries preventing narrative drift.
