收藏资源简介:
Animal-level source data for the study "Olive Leaf Extract Ameliorates Hyperglycaemia, Oxidative Stress, and Pancreatic and Hepatic Injury in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats: A Dose-Dependent Comparison with Metformin." Forty-eight male Wistar rats were randomised to six groups (n = 8): Normal, Normal + olive leaf extract (OLE) 400 mg/kg, Diabetic, Diabetic + OLE 200 mg/kg, Diabetic + OLE 400 mg/kg, and Diabetic + metformin 100 mg/kg. The Excel workbook contains per-animal fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, serum insulin, HOMA-IR and HOMA-beta, OGTT time-course and AUC, pancreatic and hepatic oxidative-stress markers (MDA, GSH, SOD, CAT), semi-quantitative histopathology scores, hepatic congestion-area morphometry, omnibus ANOVA and post-hoc results, a statistical annex, and a methods-values sheet.
