Colonization and succession of bacterial communities on suspended particles Raw sequence reads

By examining dynamics of bacterial communities on suspended particles (microscopic island) over time, we were trying to determine whether the theory of island biogeography applies at the microscopic scale and (2) examine the dynamic succession of bacterial communities on different flocculent aggregates during colonization and transport.
