Military Airlift On Demand With Flight Risks

The existing benchmark instances for vehicle routing problems (VRP) and its variants do not comply with the Military Airlift On Demand With Flight Risks (MAODwFR) problem. Therefore, we proposed a new set of instances for MAODwFR. Euclidian distances used while constructing. We designed each instance with the following characteristics number of air bases (N), the positioning of the air bases (Random or clustered), air base attributes, demand distribution according to both intensity and deviation and capacity.
