This dataset contains fish DNA sequences samples, simulated with Grinder, to build a mock community, as well as real fish eDNA metabarcoding data from the Mediterranean sea. These data have been used to compare the efficiency of different bioinformatic tools in retrieving the species composition of real and simulated samples.
