This series appears to have recorded the numbering of files in VPRS 14395 General Correspondence Files, Alpha-numeric Series II and the top numbering of files into that series from an earlier series, VPRS 14393 General Correspondence Files, Alpha-numeric Series I. Only one version of the list, dated February 1994, has been located.Whether the series functioned as a file register, or simply listed extant files, is subject to research.
