Data and Code for Hydraulic Pathway Evolution and Complex Resistivity Response in Fractured Granite

This repository contains the data and MATLAB code associated with the study “Hydraulic Pathway Evolution and Complex Resistivity Response in Fractured Granite.” 2026 Keigo Kitamura, Shinnosuke Tsukamoto, and Yasuhiro Fujimitsu The repository includes the complete complex impedance dataset for Runs 1–30 (Data-S1), the complete equivalent-circuit fitting results for all combinations tested in the study (Data-S2), MATLAB code for CPE-based equivalent-circuit fitting and AICc-based model selection, and MATLAB code and input data for Monte Carlo simulations of fracture-network connectivity. Detailed descriptions of the experimental methods, impedance analysis, and fracture-network simulations are provided in the associated manuscript and its Supporting Information.
