资源简介:
This dataset contains the geochemical analysis of water samples collected at two locations in the Orca Basin aboard the R/V Endeavor cruise EN585 in the Gulf of Mexico on 2016-07-29. The geochemical analysis included dissolved organic carbon (DOC), chloride, sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Salinity was also calculated. The objective was to assess the impacts of the Deepwater Horizon blowout on water chemistry on fallout sites and compare these impacts to naturally occurring oil and gas seeps. This dataset supports the publication: Diercks, A., Ziervogel, K., Sibert, R., Joye, S. B., Asper, V., & Montoya, J. P. (2019).
