The table provided a comprehensive list of differentially expressed genes specific for uninfected Chinese giant salamander (GS_CS) and GSIV-infected Chinese giant salamander (GS_TS) at estimated absolute log2-fold change of â Ľ1 and FDR â ¤â 0.05. A total of 102 down-regulated genes were detected only in the GS_CS samples (A), and 67 up-regulated genes specific for the GS_TS samples (B).
