Climatological data set of circulation in the East China Sea

The data set is an NC format file (file name 229-240) output by the three-dimensional circulation model (based on ROMs) established in this paper, which can be opened by the NetCDF toolkit. The calculation area of the high resolution three-dimensional circulation model established in this paper is 22° N~ 42°N, 117°E ~ 135°E, including the Bohai Sea, the Yellow Sea, the whole East China Sea, part of the Western Pacific Ocean and the sea of Japan. The horizontal resolution of the model is 1/18°. In the vertical direction, the model is divided into 28 layers and the water depth is 10-5000m. The terrain data used in the model comes from the gebco published by the British ocean data center, and the resolution of the terrain data is as high as 0.5′× 0.5′. It includes the 12-month average data of the climate state (the model runs stably for 20 years, and takes the data of the last year as the climate state data). The time frequency is once a month, and the data covers the whole model sea area, including temperature, salinity, velocity and passive tracer data.
