Supplementary Table S4: HN-score Data For All Rice Genes

A list of all rice genes sorted by HN-score (gene expression evaluation index). The thresholds for expression ratios are set at 5-fold and 1/5-fold and are classified as “upregulated” and “downregulated,” respectively. If neither criterion was met, it is classified as “unchanged.”This supplement includes three tables related to the HN-score.(Table S4-1) <b>HN-score_rice_250524_HN5_all</b>: In this table, the HN-score for each gene is listed.(Table S4-2) <b>HNscore_rice_sample_count_HN5</b>: In this table, the HN-score for each sample (e.g., leaf) is displayed. The sample types are listed in Supplementary Table 1.(Table S4-3) <b>HNscore_rice_sample_validate_HN5</b>: This table shows how much the HN-score calculated for each sample contributes to the overall HN-score (HN5(all) column). For example, <i>Os04g0107900 </i>(gene synonym: Heat shock protein 90.1), which has the highest HN-score, exhibits a positive HN-score in 13 samples, indicating that these samples show increased expression during heat stress.
