Processed datasets for spatial-mux-seq

This repository contains the datasets featured in our paper "Multiplexed Spatial Mapping of Chromatin Features, Transcriptome, and Proteins in Tissues."(https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-024-02576-0)We have provided h5ad objects for all omics layers for Figure1 - 3. Note that the epigenetics layers are all in gene score format.We also provided seurat object that contains all omics layers for Figure1 and Figure 2.
