Host-microbe Interactions in the Appendix of Children with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases - Supplementary Data

This deposit contains all supplementary materials associated with Chapter 2 of the PhD thesis of Nazanin Arjomand Fard, titled ‘Host-microbe Interactions in the Appendix of Children with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases.’ The materials include five datasets derived from whole metagenome sequencing, 16S rRNA gene sequencing, and RNA sequencing analyses; one supplementary table containing clinical and demographic metadata; and one supplementary file summarizing bacterial community composition across anatomical sites. These files provide supporting data underlying the results presented in Chapter 2. A README file is provided to describe the contents and purpose of each file.
