The goal of this sequencing project was to measure transcription levels of ZoeJ mycobacteriophage during different stages of the lifecycle, including lysogeny. Total RNA was isolated from cultures grown in log phase, depleted of rRNA and prepared for sequencing using a strand-specific library kit during lysogeny, and after 30min, 90min, 150min and 210min of infection by phage ZoeJ.
