This dataset contains the raw microscopy images , colony formation images, western blot scans, flow cytometry images, and numerical data supporting the findings reported in the manuscript titled "RPRD1B Recruits Repair Components to Stressed Replication Forks to Promote Survival of BRCA1-Deficient Cancer Cells" (submitted to Molecular Cell). Confocal microscopy images are provided in .ome.tiff format with corresponding scale bars. Western blot data include uncropped scans labeled by figure and panel. Flow cytometry images are provided in both .fcs and .tiff format. Quantitative data are included as Excel spreadsheets. Files are organized by figure number for clarity.
