Differential expression of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli O157:H7 in acid condition

Acid resistance of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli vary among strains belonging to the serotype O157:H7. This project aims to investigate the relationship between acid resistance mechanisms and curli genes expression in two O157:H7 strains that were exposed to limited nutrient conditions.
