For each figure in the main text, method section, or supplementary information, a corresponding file named `Fig{figure number}.xlsx`, `ExtendedDataFig{figure number}.xlsx`, or `FigS{figure number}.xlsx` is provided in the root directory. b. The `RawData` folder contains unprocessed experimental bitstrings stored in `.txt` or `.dat` format. Files in `.dat` format were created using `numpy.memmap`. c. The `ExpData` folder contains processed experimental data stored in `.csv` or `.pkl` format. d. The `NumData` folder contains numerical simulation results stored in `.csv` or `.pkl` format. e.
