We analysed transcriptomic changes of single cell transcriptomes from primary rat cortical neuronal stem cells (NSC) after pharmacologically blocking HCN channels with ZD7288 compared to untreated NSC. This well-based scRNA-seq aproach revealed a pronounced cell cycle arrest in G1 phase of ZD7288 treated (HCN blocked) NSC. scRNA-seq (well based) of two groups of neuronal stem cells, 4 replicates each group with a total of 500 cells: 200 treated 300 non-treated cells with addition of 5 wells containing bulk RNA (positive control) or 5 empty wells (negative control)
