过去2000年黄河中上游地区干湿指数序列根据中国历史文献中的旱涝记载重建。重建包括两步：（1）根据历史旱涝记载（源于史部群书、地方志、清代与民国档案等），确定黄河中上游地区的大同、太原、长治、临汾、洛阳、延安、西安、凤翔、天水、兰州、平凉、银川共12个站点的逐年旱涝等级；（2）以10年为窗口滑动统计该地区所有站点发生旱、偏旱、涝与偏涝的频率差异，计算区域旱涝指数，即干湿指数；并利用多项式模拟记录数
