cfDNAanalyzer: a comprehensive toolkit for analyzing cell-free DNA genomic sequencing data in liquid biopsy

This repository contains example files for cfDNAanalyzer (cell-free DNA sequencing data analyzer), a toolkit for cfDNA whole-genome sequencing data analysis. group1_*.bam are BAM files of cfDNA WGS, serving as the Group 1 for running cfDNAanalyzer in a two-class model scenario.group2_*.bam are BAM files of cfDNA WGS, serving as the Group 2 for running cfDNAanalyzer in a two-class model scenario.bam_input.txt contains the paths to all the BAM files which is required by cfDNAanalyzer.test.bed contains genomic regions of chromosome 1, which could serve as the input for analysis on specific regions.example.fa is the reference genome for running cfDNAanalyzer using the example BAM and BED files.
