We performed full leangth transcriptomic analysis of “Shanxinyang” under drought stress induced by 20% polyethylene glycol. Identifying the isoforms, splice variants and LncRNAs expressed in “Shanxinyang”, verifying their function under drought stress will not only offer clues for understanding the underlying mechanisms involved in drought stress physiology but also serve as a basis for future molecular studies on this species.
