资源简介:
Meiotic cells introduce a large number of programmed DNA breaks into their genome to stimulate meiotic recombination and ensure controlled chromosome inheritance and fertility. To understand cells respond to these breaks we compared the proteome, phosphoproteome, and transcriptome of meiotic cells that can make breaks to the cells that cannot form breaks.
