Dataset on Assessment of farmers' knowledge and practices regarding agrochemical use along the Limphasa River, Nkhata Bay, Malawi

This dataset contains survey data collected from 248 farmers along the Limphasa River in Nkhata Bay district, Northern Malawi. The study assessed farmers' knowledge and practices related to pesticide and fertilizer use in river-adjacent agricultural systems. Variables included socio-demographic characteristics, agrochemical usage patterns, awareness of standard procedures, training, and environmental risk perception.
