High-quality genome assemblies of two Neurospora sitophila strains, based on PacBio RSII long-read sequencing data. Strains are listed using the strain number from the Fungal Genetics Stock Center (www.fgsc.net), where they also can be ordered from.
Raw PacBio reads have been deposited in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) in BioProjects PRJNA505300 (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/505300).
