Microbial composition in feaces of APP/PS1 mice and wild type mice at 2, 5, 10 and 12 months of age were detected in the study. Total genome DNA from fetal of mice was extracted using CTAB/SDS method.16S rRNA of distinct regions(16S V4) were amplified. Sequencing libraries were generated and index codes were added. The library quality was assessed and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq platform. Sequences analysis were performed by Uparse software. Sequences with ≥97% similarity were assigned to the same OTUs. Representative sequence for each OTU was screened for further annotation.
