Urinary metabolites contributing to the separation between the AVS patients and controls.

Data were derived by GC-MS analysis of urine samples from 46 patients and 46 controls. Data were normalized to creatinine and logTranformed. Variable importance in the projection (VIP) was obtained from PLS-DA with a threshold of 1.0; q-values are the adjusted p-value with Benjamini-Hochberg method.
