We present a fundamentally novel concept of bio-communication based on the vascular transport of DNA-encoded messages between living plants. The system leverages a vascular conduit linking two plants, a secure encoding mechanism that converts digital data into DNA sequences, and a circulatory pump enabling phloem/xylem-like molecular exchange. Encapsulated DNA oligonucleotides are introduced into a stabilized buffer solution, transferred from a donor to a recipient plant, and decoded using a portable sequencing device. This system mimics natural mechanisms such as parasitic RNA exchange and horizontal gene transfer [2] across graft junctions, but uniquely applies them for encrypted, intentional data transmission. Experimental validation using Solanum lycopersicum demonstrates integrity and retrievability of encoded data after transit. The system requires no electromagnetic communication and provides a biologically concealed, secure medium for distributed data exchange. A comprehensive review of related biological analogues confirms its originality. The concept may pioneer a new paradigm in biological networks, secure communication, and synthetic bioinformatics.
