Metagenomics Analysis of Microbiota in Raw Chicken Stored at different temperature over storage time in Chennai

In this work, the microbiota of chicken samples obtained from different parts of Chennai, and stored at frozen temperature and slightly higher refrigeration for 2, 4 and 6 months were analysed for spoilage using conventional plating and NGS analysis respectively. This study also aimed to correlate the spoiler organisms based on its association.
