Tentacle quantification accuracy evaluation

Tentacle quantification accuracy evaluation This zip file contains three subfolders containing Tentacle output from the coverage evaluation study, along with an IPython Notebook containing details on experimental design, data used, how the test data was generated, computations, plots and results. These results are part of the publication "Tentacle: distributed quantification of genes in metagenomes" by Boulund et al. 2015. To view and interactively study the code in the notebook we recommend the freely available Anaconda Scientific Python distribution (https://store.continuum.io/cshop/anaconda/) that contains all the Python packages required to run the notebook.
