RNA-seq analysis comparing primary NKTL sample over tonsil control

RNA-seq analysis was performed in primary NKTL (Natural killer T-cell lymphoma) samples and healthy tonsil samples to analyze gene expression changes in lymphoma sample. Total RNA was extracted from frozen NKTL primary tumor samples and matched normal tonsils by using miRNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) as as per the manufacturer recommendation.
