These are raw .fcs files for flow cytometry performed to assess CHIKV-specific responses in activation-induced marker and intracellular staining (AIM/ICS) in PBMCs from CHIKV-infected donors (n = 19) tested against CHIKV peptide megapools (nsP1, nsP2_1, nsP2_2, nsP3, nsP4, CP, E1, E2, E3, 6K). This data pertains to Figure 1 in the manuscript "Identification of immunogenic and cross-reactive chikungunya virus epitopes for CD4+ T cells in chronic chikungunya disease" Agarwal et al.
