Replication package for "The Class Gap in Career Progression: Evidence from Academia" by Anna Stansbury and Kyra Rodriguez, Econometrica. Please note: the data in this package is synthetic data, due to restrictions on sharing the National Science Foundation data we use in the paper. We provide the code in the replication package which can be run on the restricted access NSF data to replicate our results.
