Serial sections from the tissue microarray (TMA) were used for GeoMx DSP profiling, containing a subset of these tumours and additional ones. Representative histological regions of interest from the TMA cores were selected using morphology markers (IF) to identify CD45 (immune cells), S100/Pmel17 (tumour cells) and SYTO13 (nuclei). Data underwent quality control and negative-control normalization.
