Dog10K is a comprehensive canine multi-omics database integrating genomic variation data (SNVs, DNMs) from nearly 2000 genomes across 43 breeds with extensive RNA expression data (single-nuclei, single-cell, bulk RNA-seq). It serves as a foundational resource for exploring the genetic basis of phenotypic diversity, disease susceptibility, behavior, and domestication history in dogs. The database provides visualization, search, download, and custom analysis tools (Selscan, LiftOver, AgeConversion) for researchers.
