PROSPECTS FOR IMPLEMENTING INDUSTRY 5.0 PRINCIPLES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

This article examines the prospects for implementing Industry 5.0 principles in the management of innovative activities in industrial enterprises. The study focuses on the transition from technology-centered industrial modernization toward a human-centric, sustainable, and resilient innovation model. It analyzes the role of artificial intelligence, collaborative robotics, digital twins, industrial Internet of Things, and extended reality in improving innovation management processes. Particular attention is given to strategic planning, organizational flexibility, workforce competencies, and sustainability-oriented decision-making. Based on the analysis, practical mechanisms are proposed for integrating Industry 5.0 principles into enterprise-level innovation management systems. The results show that the effective implementation of Industry 5.0 can strengthen the adaptability, competitiveness, and long-term development of industrial enterprises.
