Source data for parallel local adaptation to climate driven by introgression in oak species

Three source data for the article "List of candidate SNPs potentially under selection identified by PCAdapt, LFMM and RDA in <i>Q. acutissima</i> and <i>Q. variabilis</i>", including the list of candidate SNPs potentially under selection identified by PCAdapt, LFMM and RDA in <i>Q. acutissima</i> and <i>Q. variabilis</i> (Source table 1), the structure variants and its relative genetic divergence (<i>F</i>_ST) between the East and West groups in Q. variabilis and <i>Q. acutissima</i> at Chromosome 5 (Source table 2) and the overview of 1128 SNPs with a reference allele frequency difference between haplotype group Qv-E and haplotype group Qv-W larger than 0.8, as shown in Fig. S17 (Source table 3).
