We investigated the dynamic effects of IL2 exposure on Treg chromatin accessibility over time by performing scATAC-seq on splenic Tregs isolated from mice at mulitple timepoints (1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128hours) after treatment with IL2/JES6-1 complexes or PBS vehicle control. Overall design: Mouse CD4+ regulatory Tregs from Foxp3-IRES-GFP reporter mice treated with PBS or IL2/JES6-1 complexes and isolated from the spleen by FACS for scATAC-seq at multiple timepoints (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128hours after injection)
