The goal of this study was to determine the chromatin accessibility difference between WT and PIN1 knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts. Wildtype and PIN1 knockout MEFs were serum starved for 48 hours, and stimulated 4hrs to induce MYC expression. ATAC-seq were performed on three biological replicates for each condition.
