Macro for cell segmentation using single dye. Dataset contains 3D confocal fluorescence microscopy stacks of stained HeLa cells (24 h culture), differentiated THP-1 cells (1 - 6 days culture) and CHO cells (24 - 48 h culture at 31 and 37 °C). DRAQ5 staining for nuclei (Channel 0) and transmitted laser light (Channel 1).
