To identify the mechanisms of impaired hair regeneration in Brd4-deleted follicle stem cells, we FACS sorted HFSCs from Rag1-/-Ox40-Cre and Rag1-/-Brd4f/fOx40-Cre mice and performed RNA-seq analysis comparing the differences in their transcriptional profiles. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HFSCs from Rag1-/-Brd4f/fOx40-Cre mice and conrol Rag1-/-Ox40-Cre mice on postnatal day 20, 26, and 70.
