Epinephelus coioides Raw sequence reads

In this data, the transcriptional response of grouper (Epinephelus coioides)to SGIV stimulation was characterized using RNA sequencing. Transcriptome sequencing was performed using the illumina MiSeq platform for the control group, which was injected with PBS buffer; the high-susceptible (HS) group, which died in the early time of SGIV injection; and the high-resistance (HR) group, which survived under the SGIV injection.
