TickZone Northeast Tick Risk Dataset (5,688 towns)
收藏资源简介:
Town-level tick-risk data for 5,688 towns across the nine states of the U.S. Census Northeast (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont), plus per-county establishment status for the three tick species of public-health concern. This is the open snapshot behind TickZone (https://tickzone.app), a free daily tick-risk forecast for every town in the Northeast. towns.csv (5,688 rows): place identifiers and geography (town, state, county, slug, lat/lng, land area, population) plus a link to the live TickZone page for each town, where the current daily risk score is published. This file does not include the model's environmental inputs or computed risk scores; those change daily and are served live at tickzone.app. county-tick-species.csv (217 rows): establishment status (established / reported / none) for the deer tick (Ixodes scapularis), American dog tick (Dermacentor variabilis), and lone star tick (Amblyomma americanum) in each county. The risk score combines county CDC Lyme incidence, per-town satellite forest cover and edge density, and daily weather favorability for tick questing. It is not included in this dataset; scores update daily and are published live at each town's tickzone.app page (see towns.csv). Full methodology: https://tickzone.app/methodology .
