Evaluation of the transcriptional changes in murine Pparg-cKO and control P0+8d ureters upon treatment with purmorphamine. Ureters of newborn (P0) Pax2-cre/+; Pparg (fl/fl) (Pparg-cKO) or control pubs were dissected and cultured for 8 d in medium containing 2 µM purmorphamine or in medium without purmorphamine. Total RNA from these ureters was analyzed by microarray analysis.
