This is a targeted exome resequencing project of wheat cultivars and breeding lines from major US wheat breeding programs and parental lines used for the genetic analyses of the yield component traits in WheatCAP (www.triticeaecap.org). The goal of this study was to use this diversity information from these lines to build a Practical Haplotype Graph (PHG) database capable of accurate imputation for use in US breeding programs on very low sequencing coverage data.
