Study on the Phosphine Resistance Mechanism in Tribolium castaneum

This dataset presents the transcriptome data for Tribolium castaneum, contrasting phosphine (PH3) susceptible strains with resistant strains. The data was obtained using the NovaSeq 6000 System (Illumina) from both the phosphine susceptible and resistant strains of the red flour beetle (T. castaneum).
