Gene expression differential analysis table

This dataset includes: Gene names of all differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between comparison groups. Fold change (FC): The ratio of expression levels between two sample groups. log₂FC: Logarithmic fold change (base 2). P-value and adjusted P-value (corrected for multiple testing). Significance annotation ("Significant" if the adjusted P-value < 0.05). Regulation direction: "Up" for upregulated genes (higher expression in the treatment group). "Down" for downregulated genes (lower expression in the treatment group).
