Sequencing of Goose Fowl Adenoidal Lymphoid Nodule (Bursa of Fabricius)

This project aims to conduct a comprehensive sequencing study of the goose bursa of Fabricius, a unique lymphoid organ in birds that plays a crucial role in B cell development and immune response. By employing high-throughput sequencing techniques, we plan to analyze the cellular composition and gene expression profiles within the goose bursa. Our objectives include identifying key genes and pathways involved in immune function and exploring the molecular mechanisms underlying bursal development and regression.
